use PayPal's secure,

feature to process credit

Postage & Handling - U.S. Orders
All orders going
to an address within
the United States
will be mailed by Priority
Mail using the United
States Postal Service.
Upon checkout, $10.00 for postage and handling will be added for the
first 2 books in your
order.
We may ask for additional postage for orders over 2 books.
Sales Tax for North Carolina Residents
If your order will be shipped to an address in North Carolina, sales tax in the amount of 7.0% of your total purchase (before shipping) will be automatically calculated and added during the checkout process.
