Your order will be packed and shipped within one business day of our receiving it. We use the United States Post Office's Priority Mail (2-3 days) to ship within the United States and Express Mail International to ship outside of the United States. For an added charge, we can ship overnight within the US if we hear from you early in the day.
We will ship your order anywhere in the world that the United States Postal Service delivers to. Please see below for more information about payment options and postage costs.
We offer secure, encrypted online credit card ordering for your convenience. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discovery. You can also pay for your order with PayPal. We do not accept personal checks or ship C.O.D. All of our prices are given in U.S. dollars. Sales Tax for North Carolina Residents
If your order will be shipped to an address in North Carolina, sales tax will be automatically calculated and added during the checkout process.
Postage - U.S. Orders
All orders going to an address within the United States will be mailed Priority Mail, delivery confirmation, using the United States Postal Service. Upon checkout, $14.50 for postage will be added for the first 2 books in your order. We may ask for additional postage for orders over 2 books.
Postage - International Orders
All international orders (including Canada and Mexico) will be mailed by Priority Mail Express using the United States Postal Service. Upon checkout, postage will automatically be added to your order based on the weight of your package and your location in the world. We do not add handling fees.
We normally ship your order within one business day of receiving it. However, if we have sold out of a book that you have ordered, we will notify you by email within one business day.
Book Searches & Special Orders
We will gladly search for tattoo-related books that we don't have in stock. Please email us with the title and any other helpful information and we will try and locate the book for you at no charge. Having us search and locate a book does not create an obligation for you to purchase it. We will special order books for you that are not in our catalog. Please contact us for details of this process.
We respect your privacy. We absolutely do not give, rent or sell our email list to any other person or parties. We may contact you from time to time to let you know about new books that we've added, unless you ask us not to.
